Executive Assessment

This is the first step in creating a real awareness window of the executive's performance, their company and their environment. Executive Assessment helps identify abilities that contribute to the success of the executive and the factors limiting further progress. This enables the executive to have clarity and an awareness of the true situation as well as exactly what hinders them.

Outcomes of Executive Assessment

A clear strategy is developed which enables the executive to know what areas they need to be focusing on for their ongoing development. Rather than being a psychological analysis, this is a philosophical profile.
Executive traits and abilities are assessed and measured against an historical benchmark of business success. The reports are provided and these are discussed at an Executive Assessment meeting lasting up to three hours.

Executive Mentoring and Coaching Program (Specific Target)

This program is aimed at Senior Management but is also appropriate for any person in management or in a position of influence. This program will specifically address issues of concern to the point of achieving unequivocal results.

Delivery

The Coaching Program is designed to meet the individual's needs and selects from previously listed subject areas most appropriate to the client. Meetings are held weekly and focus on real life issues that the executive faces on a daily basis.

Outcome

This mentoring and coaching will result in an executive with a far greater ability in the areas addressed. The fundamental source of an issue is addressed, rather than the more obvious symptoms.

Duration

Client receives mentoring/coaching on a session by session basis of up to two hours each, typically lasting for four to six sessions.

Executive Mentoring and Coaching Program (Full Program)

This program is aimed at CEO, Owner-Operator, Managing Director or any person in a position of influence. It is custom designed to enable participants to more effectively motivate, manage, develop and lead their organisation or their team to higher levels of performance.

Delivery

The Coaching Program is designed to meet the individual's needs and selects from the previously listed subject areas most appropriate to the client. Meetings are held weekly and focus on real life issues that the executive faces on a daily basis.

Outcome

This mentoring and coaching will result in lifting them from their current level of performance to a higher, more effective level of management ability.

Duration

Three months of weekly meeting which last approximately two hours each. The program operates on a flexible basis that takes into consideration the executive's travel commitments.
